ANIMATIONS WITH EXPRESSIVE LINEWORK, HIGH CONTRAST, DYNAMIC, IMPACT FRAMES

Impact frames (animated frames that are explosive and play with negative space/high contrasts) are like magic to me. I've been interested in them for quite a while, but haven't tried it out that much in my own work. This technique is definitely one that I want to explore in my film.

NEON GENESIS EVANGELION

This anime series has quite an interesting concept for the ending, which is

pretty abstract and philosophical. The visuals and animation support this

concept and make the atmosphere/vibe even stronger. It discusses themes such as

the self, what it means to exist (and to not exist) and what makes up an

individual (in relation to the world)
